Our commitment

Conformance status

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and Lithuanian accessibility requirements. Based on our own review, we consider the site partially conformant: most of the site meets level AA, and the exceptions are listed below.

What we have done

Measures taken so far include:

Text alternatives for every meaningful image; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
A single, ordered heading structure on each page.
Full keyboard operation, with a clearly visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
Labels on all form fields, error and success messages announced to screen readers, and touch targets of at least 44 px.
Text and interface colours checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their background.
Content in both English and Lithuanian, with the page language set correctly.
No auto-playing media, no flashing content, no time limits, no tracking scripts or third-party embeds.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working on them:

A decorative dot follows the mouse pointer on large screens. It is purely visual and does not appear for keyboard or touch use, but we have not yet tied it to the operating system's reduce-motion setting.
Some photographs contain text within the image; the surrounding page text carries the same information.
The site has not yet been audited by an independent third party or tested with every screen-reader and browser combination.

Reporting a problem

If you find something you cannot use, email info@edupiada.lt with the page address and a short description. We aim to reply within 14 days and will provide the information you need in another format if we cannot fix the barrier quickly.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent Lithuanian supervisory authority for accessibility of digital services.
