The meeting room is rented by VšĮ Edupiada. Bookings are made by email at info@edupiada.lt. A booking is confirmed only once we reply in writing with the date, time and price.
Rental is a business-to-business and organisation service arranged offline; no payment is taken through this website.
The applicable rate is the one stated in our written confirmation. We invoice the renter; payment terms are shown on the invoice. VAT is applied where required (VAT code LT100017169514).
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in the booking confirmation. Where a consumer books remotely and no such terms were agreed, the statutory right of withdrawal under Lithuanian consumer law applies, except where the service has already been provided on the agreed date at the consumer's request.
If we have to cancel for reasons on our side, we offer an alternative date or refund any amount already paid.
The renter is responsible for the conduct of their participants, for leaving the room in the condition it was received, and for any damage caused. Capacity, equipment and access times are as stated in the confirmation. Activities that are unlawful or unsafe are not permitted.
