What data we collect
We only collect data you choose to send us. This website has no user accounts, no advertising and no tracking tools.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
- Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.
- Language preference: your EN / LT choice, stored in your own browser only.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use your contact details solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a booking, partnership or participation in one of our programmes.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where a message leads to an agreement, we process the data to perform that agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a contract or a project record we are required to retain for accounting or EU-funding purposes.
Who can see it
Messages you send through the contact form are stored in our website database so that we can reply, and we answer from our mailbox at info@edupiada.lt. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with public authorities where the law requires it.
The service providers (processors) that handle data on our behalf are:
- Lovable Labs Incorporated (United States) — website hosting and the database in which contact-form messages are stored. Because this provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional technical safeguards.
- [TO CONFIRM] the provider of our info@edupiada.lt mailbox, which stores and transmits the emails we send and receive.
- No payment processor is used, because nothing is bought or paid for on this website.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@edupiada.lt.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
Children
Our programmes involve young people, but this website is not intended for children to submit their own data. Where a participant is a minor, we ask a parent, guardian or school to contact us on their behalf.
Under Lithuanian law the digital age of consent for information-society services is 14. If a child under 14 sends us data directly, we rely on the consent of a parent or guardian, and we delete the data if that consent is not given.
